As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on a big decision I made about a year ago — stepping away from my corporate role to start building ReachCopilot.
In my last job, I had the opportunity to work on applying technology and AI to real business problems — especially around content marketing and customer engagement. Seeing how these systems could simplify work and drive real outcomes sparked a bigger idea for me.
What if small businesses had access to the same kind of tools?
The past 12 months have been a mix of many things:
- raising a family while building every day
- shipping fast and learning even faster
- spending countless hours with customers, listening to how they actually run their businesses
- community networking, coffee chats, and late nights
- revisiting the product, website, and pricing more times than I expected
- some days feeling heavy, some days incredibly rewarding
There are many things I appreciated about my corporate career — talented colleagues, meaningful projects, and learning how to build reliable systems at scale.
Entrepreneurship has been different.
- More personal.
- More demanding.
- And very real.
What keeps me going is simple:
- Seeing businesses use something I built.
- Watching customers save time, save money, and grow.
- Knowing the work has a direct impact on local communities.
Closing out 2025 grateful, humbled, and still building.
If you’re building, thinking of building, or quietly grinding through your own chapter — you’re not alone.
